Parfin (, a Fintech start-up offering an enterprise platform to connect traditional and digital finance, announced today a US$ 1.3 million seed funding round led by Valor Capital Group. Other investors include Alexia Ventures, Vortx and angel investors.

Parfin offers a software platform that enables financial institutions, asset managers, family offices and investors to securely manage and operate a portfolio of digital assets. The platform helps clients to improve the governance, security and scalability of their digital asset operations.

“We are very excited with the launch of our platform and excellent traction we are getting with clients. The timing couldn’t be better given the recent attention that institutions are giving to crypto. We have a strong conviction that the upcoming world of digital assets will disrupt financial markets and we are building the foundational infrastructure to support this transformation. This funding round will allow us to extend the functionalities of our world-class solution and support future requirements from our clients”, says Marcos Viriato, co-founder and CEO at Parfin.

“The inefficiencies of the market exposes participants to security and operational risks. The solutions created by Parfin improve capital allocation and operational efficiency, creating a consolidated management view, with high level of operational security”, says Michael Nicklas, Managing Partner at Valor Capital Group.

With headquarters in London and a strong presence in Brazil, the company is releasing the platform this month, aiming to become a leader in the digital asset space in Latin America and Europe.

Founded in London in 2019 by 3 entrepreneurs from Brazil and Chile, Parfin is an enterprise grade platform delivering a secure infrastructure for managing and operating digital assets and traditional currencies. Parfin allows institutional clients to seamlessly connect digital asset exchanges, custodians and banks into a unified platform. The platform helps clients improve the governance, security and scalability of their operations. For more information, please visit
